The news portal has been consistently championing the cause of the marginalised sections including disabled people. In this people-centric approach, the portal has been consistently carrying reports and articles on various struggles and issues of the disabled community and sought to lend a voice to their issues.

AIFRTE condemns the Delhi Police raid at the residence of Dipak Dholakia, senior activist and journalist, supposedly under "some ongoing UAPA case" which remained unrevealed.
Special Branch of Delhi Police raided the house of the 75-year-old Dipak Dholakia on the 3rd October 2023 from 6.30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Dipak Dholakia, a well- known journalist and respected civil liberties activist, retired as Chief of Gujarati NEWS from Akashwani Bhawan. (…) -
