Saurabh Kumar is a former diplomat who has worked on disarmament, nuclear and other strategic security issues in the Ministry of External Affairs and the Cabinet Secretariat. He retired recently as India’s Ambassador to the IAEA, UNIDO and the UN Offices in Vienna, and to Austria.
