Modi and Shah Regime are based on fear and suppression of masses. Modi felt himself the king and Shah is commander in chief. Both showed cruelty towards the citizens of India. They started campaign of hatred against the Muslims and they used bulldozer against the innocent people. Modi Shah brought the public property into the market for auction. It is carefully crafted in such a manner that all these public properties have gone to Adani and Ambani. Education has been pushed to medieval times when the religion and rationalism are the bases of the college education. RSS pushed its blind folded cadres to the colleges and universities as Professors who cannot speak any language. They are the only the Andhabhaktas. They have destroyed the scientific curriculum and replaced with the Mantra and tantras. Ram Mandir is built by public money. Massive corruption is done in the temple. There are lakhs of illegal temples built all over India to keep the people in dark moments. To come out of these darkest moments the first step has been worked out by the youths of India. it started with the Cockroach Janata Party to which Indian people supported. This compelled Modi to come down from his throne to people to address them as friends. A great victory for them and we participated in the movement and supported them and wrote articles and poems in favour them.
Modi regime had some pillars: Godi media, police administration and judges of the highest court which deliver them what they desired. Today they rigged the election by manipulating voters list by working out SIR which disenfranchised the Muslims and Dalits and tribals. All these officials are in his pocket. The Ram Mandir created an army of bhaktas who work for them. These saffron clad people move on motorcycle to the villages and spend money in the temple of local villages to draw villagers to their attention. It is fascinating to note that the Ram Bhaktas and their youth support are getting separated from the Modi regime at the same time. This is the opening of the closed system. It is called closed system as they do not have feedback process which plays role in bringing the news from people. Then these news turn into demands and the government makes public policies in satisfying the demands of people. Nonexistence of such communication in the technological age has created a closed system.
How they created a close system? For the first time a government and party came to power in 2014 when the five Gujarati Industrialists decided to nominate Modi as the PM candidate and got approved by BJP and RSS. This brought the end of an association as RSS as claimed by their leaders a cultural organisation. But it turned into money spinning organisation which collected money from the small to big industrial houses and public sector organisations. With such huge money they collected they built the RSS head quarter in Delhi costing 150 crores. Fully air conditioned with free canteen facilities and free network created a head quarter like SS of Germany during Hitler’s time. Then PM Modi impressed all the industrialists owning the media and turned into godi media. The media gave additional image to Modi as propaganda machinery. Modi government spent more money for giving advertisement which is more than Google Company. The RSS worked in hand in hand with the local police men which worked as cow vigilantes and love Jihad etc. ONGC have paid all these organs of the RSS into millions of dollars. Every day a minister is supposed to provide so much money to the organisation and RSS which has made impossible to make the Minister accountable. PM is a show piece for them. But he involves in bribing the officials including judicial officers and various heads of the organisations to keep them in control which he experimented in Gujarat which is popularly known as Gujarat model. 2014 slogan was vote for Modi and Vote for Gujarat model. Modi and Adani created a closed system. Today at Jantar Mantar it got broken and got an opening to the system.
The day Modi Shah decided to go nearer to declare the Hindurastra by doing delimitation bill by which the BJP remains in power and Constitution is kept aside, the same day decided to initiate a dialogue with CJP leaders about their political demands. Democracy still thrives and the responsibility is falling on the young. After crowd decided to boycott the Ram Temple because of massive corruption by the BJP and RSS leaders and the next blow is coming from country’s youths who have joined the CJP meeting at Jantar mantar in thousands and waiting for protest march against Modi Shah Regime. This brings the youths anger against the Hindutva forces. This movement is going to bring youths to the streets and the protest against Modi and Shah will continue. These youths went on protest on the parliament street to present the memorandum to the Speaker of the Lok sabha. The police forces of Delhi used forces against them which got used in Kashmir like pellet guns and tear gas etc. All these created wounded students who are getting treatment in the hospital.
There is deep disenchantment with the Modi Shah regime and their support base like the traders are showing their anger against them. The traders of CP are providing space for the demonstrators to use their shop floors and use their IT for creating videos. The students and teachers of some leading universities like the BHU where the Hindutva intellectuals are strong footed and but their clay foots are collapsing today. The journalists of Godi media have started writing against the Modi regime. This is India which is guided by Gandhi and Ambedkar not Savarkar which is proving the point today in Jantar Mantar and in most of the state capitals of India. The best way Modi can face Indian crowd to hold the general election on the basis of ballot paper to prove his mythical figure that he is above the law and then start ruling over Indian Republic. Indian Republic is standing on strong legs and they will not collapse under the pressures from Modi and Shah and Hindutva goonds.
A survey conducted to prove Modi’s unpopularity and found that 92 percentages of people do not support Modi and only eight percentages of people support him. This brings out truth and there is an all India protest against Modi where youths and their parents are involved in the protest against the regime. Modi’s unpopularity is very deep like the Indian Ocean and vast like the sky. All his bag of tricks and manipulations of institutions like Judiciary, Police and media are going to fall in no time. By repressive measures like use of paramilitary forces against youth can’t stop them coming to the streets of various capitals and major cities to express their anger against Modi’s misrule for 12 years. He wants to celebrate his lengthy period more than Nehru as a blasphemous statement. He has already started building a campaign about his lengthy period of rule where nothing to show to the public. Although he compares himself with Nehru to whom he pooh-poohed him on various occasions on the floor of parliament and outside. But Nehru has built modern India with public institutions like IIT, Indian Science Academy, AIMS. But Modi cannot claim anything spectacular monument which he built for public. He spent 350 crores of public money for building a statue of Patel as known as statue of unity. No industry or no engineering institutions where modern India can grow with the participation of young people. Today they are unemployed and disparate. Whenever they faced examinations like NEET get leaked out. Their symbolic anger is against the Education Minister.
Politics of youth has gone beyond Modi and Shah repressive methods and they are not scared of these measures. They have come to Jantar Mantar by the general bogies and they do not have money to feed themselves here. Here somebody is taking care of food and their daily expenditure. They are sharing their money and power. They will not return back empty handed and they will take the resignation and go back. Slogan that Modi tere tanasahi nahin challega which is a fearless statement of these young boys and girls.
Most of them are the victims of the paper leakage not one many times. This government is providing governance how to conduct the leakages in examination paper and make money. Politics of youth cannot be stopped by the cancellation of Internet or closing the metro stations. They have legs to walk and they have rejected Manusastra that their feet are strong enough to walk and they are not scared of the attacks of Hindutva goonds nor the police attacks. They are standing there and creating some comfort for each other and they use the hand fans for creating little comfort for each. They are cleaning the road and toilet and they are sharing the food and they are laughing in such heat wave and that laughter is reaching the ears of Modi and Shah and they are not scared of the NDA or UAPA. All these are dead letters for them and they will fight till the end and they are carrying a poster and they will take something and go back home. This is a battle till the end. They are the young and they are the majority. The government is just some handful MPs and Ministers and they have to bow down to the wishes of the youths. Battle is going on and it can turn into a war not defeat.
Some months back the top brass of the RSS wrote an article in Indian Express that Indian youths are different from Nepal and Bangladesh and they will not behave like GenZ but it is coming wrong now that the youths have come to the streets and threaten the RSS and BJP rule in India. Youths are the same and they have energy to fight the establishment and they have responsibility towards the country and their fellow brothers and sisters. They cannot be silent spectators of the workings of the Modi and Shah who have destroyed the economy which was fourth and pushed to sixth in the world. Per capita income of fifty percentages of people has fallen according to the Economic Survey presented by the government. Inequality between rich and poor has increased. India is suffering from the last in Hunger Index and Press freedom Index not from the top. All these have pushed India to 176 positions in ecological mapping of the world out of 177. Today majority of Indian do not have access to have drinking water and breath fresh air. We live in paradoxical situation that the responsibility of Gen Z is more than old people. It is cowardice act on the part of RSS workers camouflage themselves as goonds to attack on the young boys and girls who went on strike. This is shameful act for which every Indian needs to condemn the incident at Jantar Mantar.
It is fascinating the nature of crowd participating in the movement. They are mostly between 15 to 25 those are badly affected by the employment market. They are educated and unemployed and they appear various examination and leakage of this paper made them suffer. They are mostly belonging to the first generation of learners and fear of losing parental money for appearing the examination. They are standing there with lover’s hearts and this is the age of lover’s age and age of revolution.
Peaceful protest by young students has been threatened by the police and some criminals owed to the Shah who used their violent means against the non violent youths. This is a peaceful march demanding the responsibility to be fixed for lapses caused by the system of examination of NEET. The Education Minister needs to resign on moral grounds. There should be judicial inquiry into the violent incidents happened on the Parliament street.
Re-reading of Indian constitution is going on by the top lawyers and jurists of India today to prove the point that they remind the rulers of India that they have taken oath in the name of Constitution but disregarding the basic chapter of Indian Constitution related to Fundamental rights. Modi and Shah do not respect the parliament today as no discussion and debates are allowed on the floor of the house. The Election Commission is disfranchising the vast sections of the society but no order from the Supreme Court and furthermore right to protest is the fundamental right of Indian citizens but they came to protest in the capital of India the police attacked them and the Chief Justice gave a statement that he had no time to take up the case. It is his whim but it is his legal duty to take up the case. Rereading of the constitution signals that Chief Justice Suryekanta needs to reread the Constitution and then speak out rather than speak without reading the text which guides him. It is interesting to reread any text as Althusser says that he read Marx’s Capital many times to understand the structural contradictions of a society. Students, Teachers and lawyers and judges and ordinary citizens need to reread the text to get inspired for taking steps further in everyday life.
How the balance of forces changed towards the forces demanding the resignation of Education Minister? At the outset the Modi Shah are adamant for crushing the movement. It turns into a united struggle where various students unions have played role except the BJP student wing. Furthermore the middle class participated and played a positive role in the movement. As they realised that it is the education which created this class. Today education is getting saffronised and pushed to a corner and the budgetary allocation has declined over the time. BJP went for privatisation but it cannot answer the problems of education as middle class are stratified one. Lower and middle class want the better government schools not private schools. All of them want higher education to be controlled by the government. Furthermore all castes and all religions played role in the struggle. Food to the demonstration came from the Muslims and Sikhs which made it more close bond with them.
The real issue behind the changing balance of forces is the peasantry standing at the gate who wants the scrapping of the Indo American agreement on food and agricultural goods. The working classes in NOIDA are agitating for some time now. The lawyers came forward to help the strikers and they came forward for reading the Preamble of the Indian Constitution. Shah’s strategy of bringing Hindutva goondas [goons] from NOIDA and Ghaziabad did not work and as it backfired. This made the government unpopular that they attacked the peaceful protest with pallets and tear gas and beating with sticks. All these worked against them. Furthermore the international press and independent media in India worked together to change the balance of forces which made Modi to agree and give a statement in mid night. He addressed students as friends. The coming of artists and film actors like Shah and others created moral pressures on the government that for the first time this is happening. All these factors led to resignation of Pradhan
The statement by Chief Justice Suryakanta regarding the unemployed youths as cockroaches started as a joke. It was taken seriously by a young man Abhijit Dipke studying in America as the Cockroach Janata Party and it got wider support from all parts of India. This encouraged the leader to come to the soil of India to test the popularity which resulted in fruits. That for the first time Modi regime got jolt from the youths and Modi forced some of his ministers to sit in discussion with the leaders of CJP and this resulted in resignation of the Education Minister of India. A joke has turned into real force and working over the Modi regime.
